Welcome to your poolside cottage. From this cottage you can look out the window and see the pool. Better yet, relax on your private deck and watch the pool activity. A picnic table and barbecue grill is supplied too. The kitchen island is a great place to grab a snack.
Cottage 11 is one of 15 housekeeping cottages at The Gold Eagle. We are located on 3 acres of spacious grounds, less than one mile north of Lake George Village! Being close to the village means you can leave your car at Cottage 11 and travel by Trolley! For an extremely reasonable fare, you and family can hop on the Trolley right from the cottage. It travels both north and south of the Village to area attractions.
Sleeping arrangement: One room has two double beds and the other room has two double beds with the kitchen in that room.
Our 50 foot outdoor pool is steps away from Cottage 11 and is located near our play area which includes swings and a sandbox. You’ll be tucked away from the road so you can enjoy lots of privacy and quiet relaxation.
Just beyond the resort grounds are unspoiled mountains, forests and waterways. The Lake George area in New York's Adirondacks is a year round playground and a sportsman's paradise. What unique adventure will you go on? Climbing, fishing, hunting, sailing, even parasailing adventures are all close to The Gold Eagle and your Cottage 11. If you desire to stroll on warm sandy beaches and spend time at 288,000 acre Lake George, they are just a few minutes away by car. How can you resist? Lake George beaches offer a great space to relax in the sun and witness picturesque views of the surrounding Adirondack Mountains. The Million Dollar Beach has lifeguards and admission is free. Don’t just look, get on the water! Rent a boat from a nearby marina, or ride a historic steamboat. What might a fisherman catch around here? “Brookies”, Salmon, trophy Lake Trout, Small and Largemouth Bass, Pike, plus 140 other species of fish!

Bike or hike some of the most scenic roads and remote trails in the country during the day and check out the Village’s exciting downtown vibe at night.
