Our Cottage 12 is next to the pool and gets sun all day. Inside, the kitchen is nicely equipped with stove top, full refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Cook inside or grill outside! You have a private deck and barbecue grill too. If you want to eat out - we are less than one mile north of the Lake George Village. In fact, you can leave your car parked at Cottage 12 and climb aboard the Trolley which travels both north and south of the Village to area attractions (very affordable for your group).
Sleeping arrangement: One room has two double beds and the other room has another two double beds with the kitchen in that room. Bathroom has a door into each room.
Cottage 12 has air conditioning, heat and ceiling fans in each room to keep your comfortable spring through fall. Cottage also has a picnic table for eating outside.
There are 15 individual cottages spaciously located on over three acres of property. We offer family fun, in a clean, safe, and well supervised resort. If you have kids, don’t miss the very unique Natural Stone Bridge and Caves Park - explore the largest cave entrance in the East, pus waterfalls, gorge, and caves.
Guests have access to all resort amenities: 50 foot outdoor pool (right out your front door), Ping Pong, Basketball Hoop, Badminton, Playground. Your adventures start here but extend well beyond our spacious 3 acres. The Lake, Village and Adirondack Park is your new backyard, so let the exploring begin. Mountains, forests and waterways are the backdrop to a great biking trip with your family. Lake George has tons of bike trails and sites to see. The Sandy beach areas on beautiful Lake George are within minutes by car! The Adirondack Hot Air Balloon Festival is hugely popular.
The Gold Eagle is just 30 minutes to Saratoga with its horse racing and Performing Arts Center; The Painted Pony Championship Rodeo in Lake Luzurne provides fun for the whole family; the Great Escape, a Six Flags Theme Park is nearby too.
