The living room at Cottage #3 features a sofa and armchairs, homey decor and furnishings, and a 32-inch color TV with cable. The attached dining area has a family-style table with four chairs. Keep cool in the summer months with air conditioning, ceiling fans and well-placed windows.
Cottage #3 has a cute eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, flatware and large and small appliances including a refrigerator and freezer, oven and stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. This home has wireless internet and one full bath with a stall shower.
Sleeping arrangements: Each bedroom at Cottage #3 has a full-sized bed, complete with linens, as well as a chair, end tables, lamps, and a dresser so you can unpack and make yourself at home. One bedroom has its own 25-inch TV screen.
Cottage #3 on Saratoga Lake has a scenic outdoor area set on a well-kept green space right next to the waterfront. You’ll be able to sit on the screen porch at any time of day with a comfortable wicker patio set, a table and chairs, a fan to keep cool, a lamp for reading — and gorgeous views of Saratoga Lake. On the lawn, you’ll also have a brick patio with an umbrella table and chairs, a gas grill, a swing, a ping-pong table, a flower garden, a bird house and a fountain. This vacation home neighbors our quaint Cottage #2.
At Cottage #3, you’re just steps away from big fun on and around Saratoga Lake. bring your kayaks, canoes, or motorboats to cruise the shoreline, or rent from a local marina. We are close to the Kayaderosseras Creek Canoe & Kayak Trail, which is 6.5 miles long and beautiful, but beginner-friendly. This trail is navigable from spring to autumn.
Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking, biking and birding trails with access points in the area. We are five minutes from the Saratoga Battlefield hikes and tours, and 10 minutes from Saratoga State Park, with walking trails that convert for snowshoes and cross-country skiing in winter. You can also try the protected land at Bog Meadow Nature Trail, or head out with bikes on Route 9P.
Cottage #3 is a great place for golfers, as we are five minutes from the new Saratoga National Golf Course, with several other options in the area, including Airway Meadows in Gansevoort and the Saratoga State Park golf courses. Other local entertainments include the world-famous Saratoga Racetrack on Union Avenue, and the Harness Raceway and Casino.
