Enjoy the pure waters of the Adirondacks at this private lakefront home. The house sits on one acre of private land and is only one of the few properties with a private large yard, walk-in sandy beach, and a 6 person outdoor hot tub! It is a perfect year-round vacation spot. The 2 docks have space for a 22' boat and is also a great place for early morning fishing. Enjoy the floating dock for swimming and more! There’s a BBQ available for outdoor cooking; upper and lower patios near the water and a waterfront fireplace for late-night campfires. This home sleeps 10 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, oversized porch overlooking the lake, custom-built stone fire pit and a large yard. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are king bedrooms with sliding glass doors! It also has 2 full private baths, washer and dryer, A/C, 2 living rooms with lake views, and a bar/game room in a converted garage with lake views and a large deck. The bar/game room has a pool table and dart board perfect for small gatherings. This property is pet friendly. Enjoy all the lake has to offer by renting kayaks or paddleboards, ask us how.
There are good hiking trails within two miles. This house is minutes away from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is 40 minutes, Albany Airport is 1 hour. Close to all activities yet away from it all.
One of our favorite spaces at Lakeshore Cottage is the game room built into a converted garage. The room is detached from the house, with its own wet bar, pool table, dart board, and sliding-door access to a covered porch. Our private dock at the lake fits up to a 24-foot boat.
Fish right from the docks on the large, serene Hadlock Pond in Fort Ann. This is a great place to cast a line, especially during the early morning hours. You might even catch dinner!
Lakeshore Cottage is conveniently located close to some great hiking and biking trails. Don’t forget your camera! The scenery is stunning, especially at the height of fall color.
This New York cottage is also just a few minutes away from the village of Lake George, NY, where you can find fun local shopping and dining, as well as other parks and attractions.
